Now, that our Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar is back in stock and will be available tomorrow at the two farmer’s markets that we attend, I would like to share with you a Salad Vinaigrette I always make with it.
This recipe is so quick and easy to make, yet so flavorful! It's perfect to dress any salad for a delicious spring meal.
STRAWBERRY BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
4 tbsp A&A Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
8 tbsp A&A Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp A&A Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
8 tbsp A&A Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients together in a separate container, drizzle over your salad and enjoy!
I love to use this vinaigrette in a baby spinach salad with some goat cheese, walnuts, and fresh strawberries. Sometimes, I give it a little twist by switching out the walnuts for some candied pecans, the goat cheese for feta, and even the baby spinach for some arugula. Try this vinaigrette with any of your favorite salads!
