Roasted Peppers in Olive Oil Recipe (Peperoni Arrostiti sott'olio)

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1.Place the peppers (already washed) on a baking sheet.

2. Broil, turning then occasionally, until blackened.

3. Let them to cool for about 10 minutes so it's not too hot to touch.

   

   

4. Peel the skin from the roasted peppers & remove all the seeds.

   

   

  5. Cut roasted peppers into long strips and place them in a bowl.

   

   

  6. Pour the A&A infused oil, the A&A seasoning, and salt.

   

   

7. Mix them all together.
